Who we are

Fox Den Consulting (“Fox Den”, “we”, “us”) is an executive coaching and leadership consulting practice led by Suzanne Fox, based in British Columbia, Canada. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through foxdenconsulting.com, in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

Newsletter signup: your first name and email address, plus the date and time you signed up.

Contact form: your name, email address, organization (optional), the area you’re interested in, whether you’re inquiring for yourself or your team, and the date and time you submitted.

Booking a conversation: appointments are scheduled through Calendly, which is embedded on our Contact page. Information you enter there is collected by Calendly under its own privacy policy and shared with us so we can hold the meeting.

Emails you send us directly, and any information you choose to share during coaching conversations.

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not sell personal information.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, schedule and hold conversations, send the newsletter you asked for, and deliver the services you engage us for. We will not use your information for unrelated purposes without your consent.

Where it is stored

Form and newsletter submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Fox Den. When you submit the contact form, a notification email containing your details is sent to Suzanne. Our website, email and scheduling providers (including Google and Calendly) may store or process data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.

Cookies and third-party content

This site does not use advertising cookies. Embedded or linked services such as Calendly, LinkedIn and podcast pages may set their own cookies when you interact with them; please review their policies.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any issue, or by emailing us.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing suzanne@foxdenconsulting.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date below shows when it was last revised.
