Being a health care leader is a lot. There are competing pressures, complex problems and cumulative crises. And that just might be your day-to-day.

As a seasoned health care leader, I have been in your shoes. I know the pressures, the opportunities and the potential for greater success within an evolving health care system.

I also know what it feels like to hit the wall.

Our REVOLUTIONIZE YOURSELF – Elevate your leadership program is your chance to hit the ‘reset’ button on your approach to self-leadership and begin the transition from “surviving” to “thriving” within your organization.

Self-leadership

Over the course of this program, you will learn evidenced-based techniques and gain practical tools best suited to your leadership challenges – no matter what they look like.

You will deepen your mastery in three key areas of self-leadership

  1. Refueling for performance: Learn how to disconnect from work and make time for strategic recovery.
  2. Reactivation of your inner compass: Develop a strong connection with your inner compass to help guide you through tough decisions and expand your resilience for the discomfort that comes with navigating change and uncertainty in complex environments.
  3. Rewiring yourself to master the inner game: Cultivate self-awareness, build micro-habits and other skills with intention that will open up space for productive thinking and action, especially in critical moments.

Why are these areas important?

Compass activation and refueling are critical pre-requisites for high levels of leader engagement and resilience. They ensure leaders can do their best work, including empowering and championing their teams and improving service delivery.

Leaders with high levels of adaptability, learning agility, self-awareness and emotional self-regulation display stronger performance and drive better team performance.

What is this program based on?

This work is based on scientific research and evidence, coming out of the Human Performance Institute – a world renowned research program.

This work is built from over 30 years of research and results in the field of high performance and energy management and proven, sustainable behavior change.

The science proves that when you bring your best energy to work and life, you can accomplish remarkable things.

What’s in store for me?

Through this three-month virtual intensive program, you’ll work with a cohort of like-minded leaders.

Together, each of you will press the ‘reset’ button on your approach to self-leadership and create long-lasting relationships with other drivers of system transformation and change. You’ll see you’re not alone – that there are other health care leaders from across the globe who have similar struggles and similar goals – for themselves, for their profession and for health care, as a whole.

You’ll get the tools you need to not just survive, but thrive.
